Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip investment. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. When making your reservation you may pay in full or select a convenient monthly payment plan. If you select a payment plan you will be enrolled in automatic monthly billing. Final payment is due April 15, 2026.
Travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel, provided full payment has been received by the final payment due date.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations received 61+ days before departure receive a full refund of all additional payments made. Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable. Name transfers to another eligible travel agent are permitted with prior written approval and a $150 transfer fee.
